Curt Schilling: Sorry you are not in.....

Curt Schilling is not a hall of famer, sorry you don't have the stats, and you just aren't good enough. Regular Season stats are ok, but not Maddux like, your postseason stats are great, but so are Mike Scott's of the Houston Astros. Mike Scott had a few 300 K seasons and threw a no hitter to clinch a division, and was lights out and won two games against the Mets in the 1986 NLCS, Mike Scott was the best pitcher in the league for 3 to 4 years.....doesn't mean he is a hall of famer. The best part about this whole thing is that you are a prick and you will probably come out and say that you don't need the Hall of Fame to validate what your career meant. Really? You have pissed off too many people, and most of these people are the ones that are voting, sorry about your luck.

I disagree - Scilling should be a all of famer - he is a gamer that has never had controversy following him - if i had a big game on the line I would not be sad if her were going to the hill - though he doesnt follow in the foot steps of pitchers I am enamoured of I do think he is hall worthy!!!

Linda Linda Linda, can't you tell that I am not a fan of Curt Schilling so my opinion is weighed heavily on how much I do not like that man, but still he is not a hall of famer, he beat the Braves in 93' and in 2001, so Schill and I don't get along, he is a prick too, but you brought up a good blog topic, ty....

The #'s say he's out. I love Schilling as a competitor, but when you pitch in the same era as guys like Maddux, Smoltz and Glavine, your #'s need to be better. His time early on with Baltimore (I think he actually closed a few games early on but I'll have to check the #'s to be sure) hurt him in the long run.

After much thought I agree with you - the numbers are just not there - although I still think he is a good pitcher and probably a good man (never heard anything bad but then i never heard anything bad about clemens either) but not hall worthy - sometimes I think before I speak

Shout out to Linda, the second coolest baseball mom I have ever known...LOL

Shilling speaks his mind thats for sure, and doesnt care what people think... I like that, but I would defintlely kick his ass if he said it to my face...can you tell he always says something on the radio or over a phone that gets put out to the public.... Like Redman and Method man said so well, "Whatever Man"... A solid career, good arm, a clutch competitor no doubt, no hall of famer though.
