First of all this series should be over. UGA had to score 4 runs in the bottom of the 8th in game 1 to narrowly escape going into a 0-1 deficit in the best of 3 series. Following the can of whoop-ass the Fresno State Bulldogs opened up last night, UGA will now play scared to lose. Fresno is playing with "house money", as they say. Nothing to lose! The first #4 seed in a regional to even advance to Omaha will now take home the 2008 title. UGA is softer than I expected. The mere fact that a team whose players are being held together by frayed yarn has an opportunity to take the trophy is amazing. What a "Cinderella" story! I agree with you also Pro - tough little team Fresno - always like pulling for the home team but they were soft last night - starting pitcher (shut out GA Tech) - will never have a day like that again in his life - and the way the defense was playing they looked like they were throwing the game. "The little engine that could" might just roll over those big bad dawgs - I just hope either way it doesnt take 4 hours for me to find out!!!
I don't have much to say dude...
One more game?
Go Braves!!
I don't wanna say I told you so, but... I TOLD YOU SO! That's why "they" call me the Pro!
