Obviously Boeckman will win a lot of games since he is at Ohio State. Everyone knows Chase Daniels from his heroics last year, and Sanchez will win since he is with USC. I'd probably make them 6-8 on the list for that reason alone, but they aren't my favs.
The Pro
Pretty good list, but I obviously have Harper ahead of Stafford at this point in their careers. Harper is about to rewrite the records that Charlie Whitehurst shattered. 5th year senior, knows the system perfectly and has all the weapons to succeed.
