My list of favorite Falcons players (not necessarily the guys who put up the best #'s). ESPN put out a list of each franchises best players this past week, so I decided to do my own list. I wasn't really around for Bartkowski (4 yo when he left ATL) and Nobis, so I chose the players I grew up watching.
1. Jamal Anderson (pictured) RB (1994-2001) - my favorite football player of all-time. Oh what this guy could have been. RB is such a tough position.
2. Jessie Tuggle LB (1987-2000) - hometown kid, from Griffin, GA to Valdosta State, to the Dirty Birds. A class act among athletes and an incredible footballer.
3. Deion Sanders CB (1989-1993) - What was Atlanta thinking with drafting this flashy kid out of FSU and giving him a mil+ signing bonus? Let me rephrase that, what was Atlanta thinking when letting the most feared DB ever leave for division rivals SF in 1994?
4. Andre Rison WR (1990-1994) - "Bad Moon" was as tough as they come. If not for his troubles off the field, he could have been a HOF'er.
5. Keith Brooking LB (1998-present) - just like Tuggle, from Marietta, GA to GA Tech, to the Dirty Birds. Mr. Falcon in my opinion. Amazing leader, football player, and person on and off the field.

I agree, not sure if their is anyone I would add to your list. It tells you something that half the guys on the list only played part of their careers. What a sad organization as a whole. Lets hope this new GM can turn it around.
I think your picks are tops but of course I would _ I WAS around for Nobis and Bartkoski and Falcon football was new and thrilling - I think the players were more grouded then but there was nothing like watching NEON Dieon or Jamaal Anderson - (except for MV who I have mentioned many times that broke my heart) As for NFL - I actually saw Franco make the immaculate reception - as for MLB - I actually saw Hank break the record - and the NBA you know about that from Wilt the Stilt to Bill Russell - to Pistol Pete - what a rush - sometimes it aint so bad getting old!!!!
