I have a story for the people defending Philadelphia fans. A little Tampa Bay fan of 6 was in Philadelphia to watch the Tampa Bay Rays, well when Philly fans saw this little boy walking to his seat they stop and poured a beer on his head, wet and embarrassed the kid walked back to his seat while Philly fans pounded him with food. A high up Tampa Bay Rays wife was being harassed so much she locked herself in a stall and the Philly fans beat on the door until they got tired of harassing her and left. I heard these from a talk radio show host, so I am not making them up. These stories are more prevalent in Philadelphia where the people are miserable because they live in a terrible city, and have miserable lives. I would have to vote them the worst fans in America. Again, go f yourself Philadelphia....

Dude I think you got alot of missed place hate!!! Wake up, that happens at all sporting events. I went to a UGA game and because I was wearing opposing colors, they through beer cans at me, not empty ones either. Do you know how bad that s*** hurts to get hit with a full beer can. I have also went to a Braves game and saw some drunk dude spitting in the face of an 8 year old kid who was wearing a mets jersey. I hate to bring bad news, but every team whether it be college or pro has these fans who act like retards.
yeah ok, well the kid was 6, and I am not the only one that thinks Philly fans are the worst, I was just stating the facts, I am awake, I have seen Mets fans throw stuff at Braves fans, taunt them, etc., I know that goes on in other sporting events, SEC fans are second to Philly fans when it comes to killing people, it is a joke. Just don't take out the fact you live in a terrible place on a 6 year old, sorry, don't do it. And when you say every team has bad fans, that is like %2 of the fans that are bad, in Philly it is half the crowd. No misplaced hate, it is placed about right. You will love this one, wore a my friends Florida jersey to an LSU game, and there was no beer bottles thrown at my head, one comment and that was it, and Florida won the game. Went to a Phillies game in the early 90's, same old shit, just a different day, couldn't wait to leave that shitty city.

ha ha ha....your right, also, I have never actually been to a phillies home game either. I've only seen them play here in atlanta. So I really wouldn't know how they are in philly. I can't stand when people do that to kids, that stuff really pisses me off, because the kid just wants to see the game!
